Please note: A registration fee is applicable to each attendee, including those who donate to the Food/Supplies list. Food donations help offset our reunion food costs, while registration fees help cover any remaining food ingredients not filled through donations, along with supplies, name tags, banners, website hosting, and other reunion expenses necessary to make our reunion a success.

Working list to feed 600 people

This food and supply list is for Saturday’s dinner menu, which was decided to be Hawaiian food.

Maui families and individuals may sign up to provide specific items and quantities from this list. Quantities, package sizes, and weights are based on common bulk and grocery sizes available on Maui, including Costco, Island Grocery Depot, and other local grocery stores. Items may be purchased from any store (unless specified), as long as the listed quantities are fulfilled. A Registration Fee is applicable to each attendee, even those who donate to the food list.

Off-island attendees, meaning anyone not living on Maui, are asked to bring a pūpū or dessert to contribute toward Saturday’s dinner. If you know what you are contributing, you may let us know in the form below so we can list it under pūpū or desserts. If you don’t know, no worries, we will see it when you arrive. A Registration Fee is applicable to each attendee, even those who donate to the food list.

The list below is based on feeding approximately 600 people and has been rounded up to help make sure we have enough.

The drop-off location and dates for the ingredients are below.

If you see any discrepancies in calculations, please let us know ASAP so we can fix them immediately. Other group-prepared meals, if any, will be posted after we fill the Food Committee chairperson’s position.

Kālua Pig

Kālua pig quantity is based on approximately 6–8 oz cooked meat per person.
